FIFA have confirmed the match schedule for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, with the tournament set to kick off at the Bayt Stadium on Monday 21 November and come to an end at the Lusail Stadium (with a capacity of 80,000) on Sunday 18 December. The Khalifa International Stadium will host the match to decide third-place on Saturday 17 December.
The group phase will last a total of twelve days, with four matches at four different kick-off times each day (13:00, 16:00, 19:00 and 22:00 local time). Knockout games will be played at 18:00 and 22:00 local time.
