Once again, on the occasion of "Holocaust Memorial Day," celebrated worldwide on 27 January, the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) has decided to join in remembering the victims of the Holocaust with a communication campaign on its website and social channels. Believing it is crucial to pass on the memory of one of the darkest chapters in human history, the Federation reaffirms football's commitment against all forms of racial discrimination.

"The Shoah is an unhealed wound of humanity, a horror that we cannot and do not want to shy away from," declares the president of the FIGC, Gabriele Gravina. "For this reason, the world of football stands united against anti-Semitism and all forms of discrimination. Our active testimony aspires to transcend the sports world to involve the entire civil society."
