Having examined the documentation received as part of the process for the granting of the UEFA Licence for the 2019/2020 football season and having taken into account the UEFA-Edition 2018 Licensing Manual and reports from experts in the field, the UEFA’s First Instance Body has decided to issue a UEFA Licence to the following clubs on 6 May 2019:
1. Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.p.A. (Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia)
2. Bologna F.C. 1909 S.p.A. (Stadio Renato Dall’Ara in Bologna)
3. Cagliari Calcio S.p.A. (Stadio Olimpico in Turin)
4. A.C.F. Fiorentina S.p.A. (Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence)
5. Genoa Cricket and Football Club S.p.A. (Stadio Luigi Ferraris in Genoa)
6. F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A. (Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan)
7. Juventus F.C. S.p.A. (Allianz Stadium in Turin)
8. S.S. Lazio S.p.A. (Stadio Olimpico in Rome)
9. A.C. Milan S.p.A. (Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan)
10. S.S.C. Napoli S.p.A. (Stadio Renato Dall’Ara in Bologna)
11. Parma Calcio 1913 S.r.l. (Stadio Ennio Tardini in Parma)
12. A.S. Roma S.p.A. (Stadio Olimpico in Rome)
13. U.C. Sampdoria S.p.A. (Stadio Luigi Ferraris in Genoa)
14. U.S. Sassuolo Calcio S.r.l. (Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia)
15. Torino F.C. S.p.A. (Stadio Olimpico in Turin)
16. Udinese Calcio S.p.A. (Stadio Friuli / Dacia Arena in Udine)
Those clubs who have not been granted the Licence will be able to appeal against this decision within and no later than five days after the said decision to deny them the Licence has been announced. The appeal is to be lodged to UEFA’s Second Instance Body.
