For the U16s, 2023 will begin with a training camp between Tuesday 31 January and Wednesday 1 February at the Federal Technical Centre in Coverciano. Daniele Zoratto has called up 18 players (all born in 2007), who will meet up on Tuesday and finish the camp with a training match against the Lega Pro Rappresentativa side the day after.
It will provide the Head Coach with the opportunity to observe as many players as possible and thus potentially increase the pool of players at his disposal for the team’s upcoming matches. The Under-16 National Team will play their first two friendlies of the year in Albania on Tuesday 21 and Thursday 23 February.
