Frosinone’s Stadio Benito Stirpe will play host the Italy Under-21s, who will take on Romania in a friendly on 16 November. Before the game against their Romanian counterparts, the Azzurrini have three qualifying matches for the U21 Euros against Bosnia and Herzegovina (8 October, Zenica), Sweden (12 October, Monza) and the Republic of Ireland (12 November, Dublin).
This will be a fourth trip to Frosinone for the U21s. The Lazian city will also host Italy U20’s 8 Nations clash with Portugal. Italy are unbeaten in the city, having won one and drawn two, including a 2-2 draw with Croatia in March 2019. They have faced Romania 17 times, with a record of ten wins, five draws and two defeats.
