The last training session for the Azzurre was held this morning in Coverciano on the pitches of the Centro Tecnico Federale: this afternoon, in fact, Milena Bertolini and her girls began their journey that will take them to Moldova, where on Friday (kick-off at 17:30 CEST) they will challenge their hosts in the first of two matches that stand between them and World Cup qualification. In order to gain access to the 2023 World Cup finals- scheduled to take place in Australia and New Zealand - and thus to avoid possible playoffs or relying on other results, the Azzurre will have to win both matches.

After the match in Chisinau, the last scheduled fixture for the Italian women's national team will be in Ferrara, where they will face Romania, on Tuesday (at 18:30 CEST) in a match that could be decisive for their future.
