Selection for the FIFA 20 TIMVISION eNazionale: the two new Azzurri players

Raffaele ‘Er_caccia98’ Cacciapuoti and Marco ‘TactualStrange’ Paolicelli will have the honour of representing Italy’s eNazionale’s FIFA side in upcoming international competitions on the Playstation and Xbox respectively. The duo were the winners of the tournaments held on the respective consoles, with the 32 players who made it through the TIMVISION FIFA 2020 qualifying stage having faced each other yesterday afternoon.
Playing on the Playstation, Raffaele ‘Er_caccia98’ Cacciapuoti emerged victorious following a very competitive tournament. He managed to beat fellow Monza Calcio eSports teammate ‘Figurinho’ in the final (3-2 in the first match, 2-0 in the second). After this success, Cacciapuoti will defend the Azzurri badge in the FIFA eNations StayAndPlay Cup over the coming days, a friendly tournament promoted by FIFA with the aim of reaffirming the commitment of world football in sharing positive messages at this difficult time. Each federation will participate with a team of two players, with our second being a player from Roberto Mancini's National Team, whose name will be announced by the FIGC in the coming days. The FIFA eNations StayAndPlay Cup includes a first qualifying phase (21 and 22 April), a knockout phase (24 April) and a final phase scheduled for 25 April.
Meanwhile, Marco ‘TactualStrange’ Paolicelli was the winner of the tournament held on Xbox. He only lost one game throughout and managed to overcome ‘AngryxMiche’ in the final (4-2 on penalties in the first match, a comfortable 3-0 victory in the second).
