Round one to Italy: the Azzurrini beat France 3-1 at Coverciano. Carboni, Bolzan and Vacca all on the scoresheet

The first game goes Italy's way. Today at Coverciano, the Under-17 National team beat the French 3-1. A result that was never in doubt thanks to the Azzurrini imposing themselves on the game right from the off. A lightning start, with two goals in quick succession: Carboni opened the scoring and Bolzan doubled the lead only six minutes later. We went into the break with this two-goal lead but tired a bit in the second half, allowing Les Bleus to back into the game thanks to the goal from Diallo, but Corradi’s boys did not give up and put the game to bed with our third goal from the substitute Vacca.
