On Corrado Di Marco’s 80th birthday, authentic creator of the gastronomic tradition and inventor of the original Pinsa Romana, the Di Marco company has launched an online petition via change.org (https://www.change.org/worldpinsaday) to instate World Pinsa Day in homage to the creation and popularity of a product which celebrates Italian taste and artisans. The pinsa represents an example of Italian excellence loved by millions of people, becoming a Made in Italy icon in kitchens all over the world.

Di Marco, an official partner of the Italian National Team, shares with the FIGC the values of tradition, quality and ambition for excellence. The bond between the company and the Azzurri was further reinforced in 2024 at the Casa Azzurri in Germany where Pinsa Di Marco was present for Italy fans day after day.
