New adidas shirt and logo to be worn in friendly with Spain

It's a match with an eye on the future. The Under 18s, led by Daniele Franceschini, start off the new year with a prestigious friendly against Spain at Coverciano on Wednesday 18 January at 14:30 CET (live streaming on the FIGC site). The Azzurrini will have the pride of wearing the new adidas sponsored shirt for the first time, as well as the new logo, that was recently launched by the Federation. This has never occurred in the history of the Azzurri jersey and is an honour always reserved to the First Team.

For this friendly the Coach has called up players from the 2005-year group, who will meet up for the training camp at the Federal Training Centre on Sunday 15 January in the evening. The head-head record with Spain sees Italy prevailing with eleven wins, eight defeats and five draws.

N.B. Club reservations: Entry to the game is only allowed by permission and for a maximum of two individuals per Club. Requests must be made by writing to clubitalia.operations@figc.it.
