Record-breaking Azzurrini: 7-0 against Norway

The Italy Under 17s, after five days’ preparation at Novarello, are ready to jump into the elite round of the Euros from 20 to 26 March in Finland. The Azzurrini, who today beat AC Milan U17s 5-0 in a friendly (goals from Cama, Lauricella, Liberali, Negri, and Orlandi), will play the first game of Group 3 on Wednesday 20 March at 12:00 CET at the Myyrmäki Stadium in Vantaa against the Netherlands. Next game will be on Saturday 23 at 12:00 CET against Belgium, before facing the hosts, Finland, on Tuesday 26 March at 12:00 CET at the same ground.
Massimiliano Favo has named a 20-man squad, all born in 2007 apart from four players born in 2008 (Camarda, Campaniello, Longoni and Natali). The squad will leave for Helsinki tomorrow morning.
