The national side met at Coverciano last night and will have their first training session this afternoon ahead of the UEFA Nations League games against Belgium (10 October, Rome) and Israel (14 October, Udine). 

The condition of Fiorentina forward Moise Kean will be evaluated, as he is said to have a knock in his lower back. For this reason, Head Coach Luciano Spalletti has decided to call up Udinese forward Lorenzo Lucca, who will join the group in the next few hours, returning to national duty, six months after his first call up for the friendlies against Venezuela and Ecuador in the United States.
