On their third day of training, the Azzurre did running work, performed tactical drills and carried out video analysis of Wales, who Andrea Soncin’s side will face in their opening Nations League match (League A Group 4) on Friday evening (18:15 CET kick-off) in Monza. For the occasion, Italy will wear the green adidas kit that has been designed exclusively for the Women’s National Team. As requested by the Head Coach, the players are only focused on this upcoming match; there will be time to think about next Tuesday’s clash against Denmark in La Spezia later on.
Tomorrow morning, the 29 players called up by Soncin will put the finishing touches to their preparations at the Federal Technical Centre. In the afternoon, they’ll head to Monza, where they hope to deliver entertainment and goals to the crowd who will come to watch them. Tickets for the match, which will be refereed by the Hungarian Katalin Kulcsar, can be purchased at authorised Vivaticket outlets and on the websites figc.vivaticket.it and vivaticket.com, where tickets for the game against Denmark are also available. On Friday, the ticket office at via Franco Tognini, just a short walk from the stadium, will be open from 16:00 CET to 19:00, making late purchases possible.
Those who buy tickets for the match against Wales - just one euro for U18s and Over 65s - will also get a 25% discount on online tickets for seats in the Arancio Secondo Anello (Orange Stand Second Ring) at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan for the Men’s Nations League quarter-final clash between Italy and Germany on Thursday 20 March at 20:45 CET.
UEFA WOMEN’S EURO 2025 AWAY KIT. From white to green. In Monza, Italy will take to the pitch wearing the new Away Kit, which will accompany Soncin’s side during the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025. Unveiled on Monday, the shirt is inspired by Italian artistic and cultural heritage. Different tones of mint green create a vine-branch effect on both the back and front of the shirt, completed with “Italia” written on the collar. The Adidas logo (the three stripes) and the trim on the neckline add a lively red touch, completing the colours of the Italian flag. On the chest, there is the Italian Women’s team crest.
