In fact, using the data recorded by Sky Sport and Rai together, the Azzurri’s game had a share rate of 73.4%, reaching a total of 17,439,000 viewers on television.

An Italy match had not attracted as many viewers since the start of UEFA EURO 2020.

Getting down to the specifics, the game was followed by 15,483,000 people on Rai, accounting for 65.2% of shares. On Sky Sport 1, meanwhile, Mancini’s boys were watched by 1,956,000 people, accounting for 8.2% of the total shares.
