Italy remains tenth in the FIFA Ranking, with European champions Spain now third.

After being eliminated in the Round of 16 at EURO 2024, Italy maintains tenth place in the FIFA Ranking, which continues to be led by reigning world champions Argentina, fresh off their Copa America victory. Spain climbs to third place on the podium, behind France, gaining five positions due to their triumph in the European Championship. Runner-up at EURO 2024, England moves up one spot to fourth, while Brazil drop one place, Belgium drops three places, and Portugal drops two places.

Colombia move three places and into the top ten, after their extra-time defeat to Argentina in the Copa America final. Turkey moved up sixteen places to 26 and Venezuela moved up seventeen places to 37, both reaching the quarterfinals of their respective continental competitions. Panama and Canada both.  moved up eight places to 35 and 40 respectively, following their impressive Copa America results. The next FIFA Ranking will be published on 19 September.
