Ahead of being back in action with the USA Friendlies against Venezuela and Ecuador in March, the Azzurri sit firmly in 9th of the FIFA Rankings. Few changes in the first table of 2024 with an unchanged Top 10, current World Cup champions, Argentina, still sit top ahead of France and England.

Changes come from AFCON and the ACC Asian Cup with the winners, Ivory Coast and Qatar moving 10 places (39th position) and 21 places (37th position) respectively in the table. Finalists from the competitions have also moved up (Nigeria, 28th, +14) and Jordan (70th, +17), but the biggest change comes for Angola (93rd, +24) who made it to the quarter-finals of AFCON. The next FIFA Ranking will be published on April 4.
