Thanks to victories against The Netherlands (1-0) and Austria (3-2) in the last two friendlies in June, the National Women's team gained a position in the FIFA Ranking and moved up to 14th place, overtaking China.

The United States confirmed their position at the top of the table ahead of Germany, while France overtook the Dutch to reach the third place in the rankings, thanks to their victory in the friendly against Germany and taking advantage of the Netherlands' slipup in the match against Italy. Japan, who won their friendly matches against Ukraine and Mexico, also moved into the top ten. The next FIFA Ranking will be published on 20 August.
