In the top 100, Ghana (64th, +4), Honduras (78th, +4), Haiti (86th, +4), Curaçao (87th, +4), Benin (91st, +6) and Nambia (97th, +9) are the biggest climbers in the ranking. Sudan (121st, +6), North Korea (110th, +8) and Liberia (142nd, +10) have also notably improved their positions.
