Ciro Immobile has left the camp too. Following diagnostic checks undertaken this afternoon, it was found that he is suffering from a muscle problem from his last league game. Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca has been called up to replace him and will join the squad at Coverciano this evening.
In terms of the rest of the group, neither Nicolò Barella nor Giorgio Chiellini trained today as they are still recovering from injuries sustained in the last round of league fixtures; they will stay with the group and their availability will be assessed in the coming days.
