Head Coach Mancini calls up 35 players for second training camp at Coverciano

Roberto Mancini’s National Team are gearing up for yet another training camp, which will be the Azzurri’s second after a previous two-day meeting in February. By calling up 35 players, the aim will be to build upon March’s European Championship qualifiers against Liechtenstein and Finland, taking place on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th April.

Mancini has called up 35 players that will gather at 12:00 CEST on Monday 29th at Covericano, where they’ll then complete their first training session in the afternoon. This will be followed by a further session on Tuesday before the camp comes to an end. Among the 35 Azzurri players, Di Lorenzo and Valoti (both born in 1993), while Gozzi, Riccardi and Salcedo are the youngest (all born in 2001). In addition to the National Team staff, Under-21 Coach Luigi Di Biagio will also be present, alongside National Youth Team Coordinator Maurizio Viscidi and Under-20 Coach Paolo Nicolato.
