Friendly double-header in Switzerland for Corradi’s Italy side: 22 players called up, team to get together in Milan on Sunday

Newly appointed Bernardo Corradi is set to take charge of his first friendlies as the Head Coach of the Under-16 National Team: on Tuesday 24 September (18:30 CEST) and Thursday 26 September (11:00 CEST), Italy will face Switzerland in Losone, a municipality in the canton of Ticino with about 6,000 residents.
22 players born in 2004 have been called up for the friendly double-header, four of whom have been named in the Under-16 squad for the first time. All of them are defenders: Mattia Motolese (Bologna), Filippo Bedini (Lazio), Joseph Mustalla Abdalla (Spal) and Alessandro Renzi (Empoli).
The team will meet up in the evening on Sunday 22 September in Milan and will immediately travel by coach to Losone, where they’ll hold two training sessions on Monday on the eve of the first friendly.
