Friendly double-header against Turkey on the horizon: Corradi calls up 24 players

The Stadio Daniele Berni in Badesse and the Stadio Stefano Lotti in Poggibonsi will host the two upcoming friendlies against Turkey on 22 and 24 February. For the Under-17 National Team, the fixtures represent the final two tests before the second stage of European qualifying between 23 and 29 March in the province of Siena (Italy have been drawn alongside Poland, Kosovo and Ukraine in Group 6). Bernardo Corradi has called up 24 players, all of whom were born in 2005. The team will get together on Monday 21 February before returning home on Thursday 24 February, after the second game. Two players have been named in the squad for the first time: Cittadella defender Riccardo De Zen and Juventus midfielder Diego Ripani.
