The Under 18 National Team’s second match of the season is fast approaching, after winning 1-0 against Albania in their first friendly match played on August 12, decided by a header from Genoa defender Gabriele Cagia. On Monday 6 September (19:00 CEST) the Azzurrini take on the Netherlands in a friendly match at the Sportpark in 's-Gravenzande, and ahead of the test on Dutch soil, Head Coach Daniele Franceschini has called up 23 players from the class of 2004.
The meeting is set for Monday August 30 at the Giulio Onesti Olympic Preparation Centre in Rome, where the National Team will train until Sunday 5 September before leaving for the Netherlands.
