After beating the Netherlands in their opener and defeat to Finland away from home, the Azzurre are back in action as they look for a place at the 2025 European Championship scheduled in a year's time in Switzerland (2 - 27 July). Next up in Group 1 of League A is a double header with Norway, Friday 31 May in Oslo (Ullevaal Stadion, 18:00 CEST) and Tuesday 4 June in Ferrara (stadionPaolo Mazza, 18:15 CEST), both set to be broadcast live on Rai 2. The 33 players called up by the head coach, Andrea Soncin, are already in training at the Tirrenia CPO. On Wednesday, the team will depart for Oslo, and then return to Italy on Saturday morning and head to Ferrara.
