The Women's National Under-19 team will start again in September with a double friendly against Austria. The two games will be played in the towns of Gradisca d'Isonzo and Gorizia, which are both in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The first match will take place at Stadio Gino Colaussi on 19 September at 16:00 CEST and the second at Stadio Enzo Bearzot on 21 September at 10:30 CEST.
Enrico Sbardella's team, who ended the season with a series of training camps, will be back on the field eighteen months after the last match played on 9 March 2020 against Switzerland at the La Manga Tournament.
During the four games played between Italy and Austria, there have been three draws and an Azzurrine 3-0 win as part of the Euros' first round on 26 October 2012.
