After training this morning in Gdansk following yesterday’s 0-0 draw with Poland, the National Team are ready to head to Bergamo, where they’ll face the Netherlands on matchday four of the UEFA Nations League on Wednesday (20:45 CEST kick-off).
Lazio defender Manuel Lazzari, who picked up an injury this morning in training and will therefore miss the match against the Dutch, will return to Rome in the evening after the National Team’s chartered flight has landed in Bergamo. Tomorrow morning, Andrea Belotti will also return to his club: the striker was booked yesterday and is suspended for Wednesday’s match. Meanwhile, Giacomo Bonaventura won't join back up with the group after leaving camp yesterday for the birth of his son.
