Azzurri at Coverciano preparing for matches against Poland and Bosnia. Acerbi and Barella have joined the squad

The decisive 4-0 win against Estonia was a precious victory for the rankings in the draw for World Cup qualifying. It also extends the unbeaten run to 20 games (15 wins and five draws) for Mancini’s Italy side. This morning, the Azzurri returned to training at Coverciano in preparation for their next two games of the Nations League against Poland and Bosnia and Herzegovina, scheduled on Sunday in Reggio Emilia and Wednesday in Sarajevo respectively.

Yesterday’s game was watched by a television audience of 4 million and 162 thousand viewers and 15.7% of all social posts were shared. Francesco Acerbi and Nicolò Barella have now joined the squad, while Vincenzo Grifo and Mattia Zaccagni have withdrawn from the team and returned to their own Clubs.
