Andrea Soncin’s tour of Serie A clubs’ training centres has continued. After visiting Roma, Juventus, Inter, Milan and Fiorentina’s headquarters last week, the Head Coach of the Women’s National Team headed to the Mapei Football Center to watch Sassuolo’s training session. 

Doing the honours were the Neroverdi’s CEO Giovanni Carnevali, Women's Sector Manager Alessandro Terzi and President Betty Vignotto. Accompanied by his deputy Viviana Schiava, assistant Alessandro Turone and fitness coach Mattia Toffolutti, followed the team’s work on the pitch and then spoke with coach, Gianpiero Piovani. 

To further strengthen the partnership between Club Italia and Serie A clubs, the Head Coach and his team will continue to visit training centres in 2024. This represents an important opportunity for comparison between the Azzurri training staff and those of the ten teams in the top division.
