All tests which were promptly conducted yesterday evening on all players and other members of the team group have come back negative: the Azzurrini will play their friendly match against Slovenia as planned at 17:30 CEST tonight.

The player who tested positive yesterday, who was tested again in the evening, will be assessed again in the next few hours, is completely asymptomati. Nonetheless, he will be leaving the training camp to return home in the manner agreed with local health services, who were rapidly informed of the new developments.

As a further guarantee, the Under-21 National Team’s schedule will undergo a number of changes ahead of their qualifier against Sweden, which will be announced after tonight’s match.
