adidas and the FIGC light up Milan for the Azzurri

adidas and the FIGC lit up the Milan night with a series of flags and special messages in support of the Italy National team ahead of the EURO 2024 debut against Albania on Saturday evening in Dortmund.

Arco della Pace: the message ‘Forza Azzurri’ and Italian flags hung over the iconic Corso Sempione: green, white and red. A shining show of support that will spur on Spalletti’s squad to their debut in Dortmund.

But that’s not all. A special tram line runs under the installation: tram line 1 – heading from Greco Rovereto to Piazza Castelli – has also been turned Azzurri for the occasion. Italy defender Federico Dimarco is also depicted on the sides of the trams, Milanese born and raised. He is one of the stars of the YOU GOT THIS campaign from adidas and has already been featured in an Italy shirt on the maxi screens in via Malchiorre Gioia, a stone's throw away from the Gae Aulenti skyscrapers in Milan.

The initiative in Milan reaffirms the close bond between adidas and the FIGC and will be the first of a series of activities accompanying the Azzurri on their Euros journey.
