Two days after the league campaign ends, the National Women's Team will meet up at the CPO (Olympic Preparation Centre) in Tirrenia for a short training camp ahead of the two EURO 2025 qualifiers against Norway.
Head Coach, Andrea Soncin, has called up 28 players for the camp, which take place from Tuesday 21 to Friday 24 May. There is a first call-up for Genoa goalkeeper Camilla Forcinella, and for sisters Talia and Victoria Della Peruta, Sampdoria's midfielder and striker, respectively. Just over a year after her knee injury, Matilde Pavan also sees a return back into the group. Players of Roma and Fiorentina will not be available, as they will face each other in the Frecciarossa Coppa Italia Final on 24 May.
Following the camp, the official squad for the upcoming two matches with the Scandinavian national team will be announced, with the games scheduled for Friday 31 May in Oslo (18:00 CEST) and Tuesday 4 June (18:15 CEST) in Ferrara.
