22 called up for two friendlies with Hungary in Telki
The Azzurrini will face their Hungarian counterparts on 18 and 20 April. There's a second call-up for 2008-born AC Milan player, Francesco CamardaThursday, April 13, 2023
With just less than a month passing d since the two friendlies with Germany, both drawn 1-1, the Under-16 National team will soon be back in action. Before the games against the Germans, the Azzurrini recorded three back-to-back wins against a Lega Pro Representative side (3-1) and Hungary twice (5-1 and 6-0), and remain unbeaten in 2023.
Head Coach Daniele Zoratto has selected 22 players, all born in 2007, with the exception of 2008-born Francesco Camarda (Milan) - his second call-up as an underage player after the game with Austria last November - for a double-friendly header against Hungary, scheduled for Tuesday 18 April (16:00 CEST) and two days later on Thursday 20 (11:00 CEST), both at Global Football Park & Sporthotel in Telki. The lads are set to meet up for the training camp in the evening of Sunday 16 April in Bergamo.
