Hundreds of visitors on the weekend: almost two thousand euros raised for the Terzani Library

The weekend of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 December, saw hundreds of visitors at the Museo del Calcio in Coverciano. As previously announced, all proceedings from this weekend were donated to the Tiziano Terzani Library in Campi Bisenzio, a cultural institution which suffered heavily from the flooding in November, losing approximately 80-100,000 books. In total, almost two thousand euros was raised to help a true point of reference for children in the area.

The Deputy Mayor of Campi Bisenzio, Federica Petti, visited the Museum on Friday 8 December. “I want to thank the Museo del Calcio for this initiative of support for our library,” said the Deputy Mayor. And we direct her thanks to our visitors: thank you, because you have managed to make our weekend unique, combining the joy of your visit, among memorabilia that tell the Azzurri’s history, with a charitable purpose.
