Activity Report
Created in 2015, the Activity Report is an annual reporting process that is developed through the preparation of specific Management Reports by the 17 'function areas' of the Federation. It is also part of a programme geared towards achieving the goal of good governance, with a particular focus on transparency of federal activities towards all stakeholders and on building an ongoing internal dialogue between areas and functions. Quarterly, the 17 different federal areas submit a summary report on the activities carried out, which flows into this final document, which is a tool for verifying, monitoring and aligning the management and administrative results with the political guidelines dictated by the federal bodies and the corporate strategies.
