On-line registration of all coaching personnel activated on the FIGC Services Portal

The 2023-24 season is just around the corner and the FIGC has completed the development of the FIGC Services Portal, the online platform that makes a series of additional services available to affiliated clubs and members themselves.

Clubs. The development of the FIGC Services Portal will enable clubs - in addition to the on-line registration of all coaching staff - to provide further services and, in particular, will be available from 1 July:
· on-line registration for figures other than players and coaches (e.g. managers, secretaries or match analysts certified by external bodies, etc.);
· management of the federal registry to support all activities of name or seat changes, mergers, etc.

Greater Sustainability. Following the latest developments, the FIGC Services Portal therefore completes its functionality, which aims to shorten the time required to manage the files, guarantee the transparency of the work processes and align all the external systems (Sport and Health, CONI, FIFA) in real time. Moreover, the development of the latest functionality - which will lead to the complete dematerialisation of the file - is in line with the sustainability strategy that the FIGC will present in the coming weeks.

Match analyst. Finally, as far as the registration of match analysts is concerned, also those figures certified in the role by subjects external to the Federation will be able to register with the clubs affiliated to the FIGC by proceeding on the Services Portal.
Until 30 June, match analysts recognised by subjects external to the FIGC had instead to be registered (a possibility recognised by the amendment of art. 55 of the Technical Sector Regulations, in November 2018) by filing the relevant application with the competent League by the club concerned, accompanied by the documentation regarding the passing of the course and any economic agreement. The development of the online system thus facilitates the procedures for clubs and unifies those for match analysts in particular.
