The best rated Italians according to the media on matchday nine
Three goalscorers make up the highest-rated Italian players in Serie AMonday, October 28, 2019
Here are the players who earned the best ratings in the country’s sporting newspapers (La Gazzetta dello Sport, Corriere dello Sport and Tuttosport).
Ciro IMMOBILE (G 7,5; C 7,5; T 7,5) Fiorentina 1-2 Lazio
As has often been the case, he was the man of the match. He made vital touches and was accurate in getting the ball to Correa while he did his typical work as a centre-forward to score a goal that was worth three points. He’s now hit ten goals in nine matches.
Antonio CANDREVA (G 7; C 7,5; C 7) Inter 2-2 Parma
He was constantly on the move up and down the flank for the Nerazzurri and you can forgive some slight errors with the selflessness of his display. He scored again even if in a slightly fortunate manner and he also added an excellent assist.
Nicolò ZANIOLO (G 7; C 7,5; C 7) Roma 2-1 AC Milan
After some difficulties, he was back. Physically, he was outstanding and brought something extra to Fonseca’s side. He scored the winning goal and could play a vital role in helping to turn it around for Roma after a relatively tough period.
