A big performance out on the wing against LazioMonday, March 1, 2021
Nicola Sansone was the best Italian player on matchday 24 in Serie A according to the top three sports newspapers in Italy.
He scored one of the two goals that secured victory for Bologna at home to Lazio and, thanks to his impressive performance, received an average rating of 7.5, unanimously awarded to him by the Gazzetta dello Sport, the Corriere dello Sport-Stadio and Tuttosport.
He couldn’t be contained in the first half and was right at the heart of the Rossoblù’s attacking play.
Then, he crowned things off in the 64th minute, bagging Bologna’s second of the game with a magnificent volley from Barrow’s assist.
